Our services include:
Photo and video enforcement event capture
Parking citation issuance via handheld devices
Audit and review by system integrators and police departments
Fulfillment and evidence package creation
Customer support for citation-related inquiries
By accessing our services or website, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or are authorized to act on behalf of the cited party
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You agree to use ClearCite’s services for lawful purposes only. You must not:
Interfere with or disrupt our systems
Use our services to submit false or misleading information
Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization
Copy, distribute, or alter any part of our platform without prior consent
Citation events are captured using photo enforcement systems and handheld devices. Each event undergoes multiple layers of review, including audit by integrators and validation by the issuing police department.
Citations are issued only after verified reviews. Evidence packages may include photographic/video proof and details about the alleged violation.
If you wish to dispute a citation, follow the instructions provided by the issuing municipality. ClearCite facilitates but does not adjudicate citation disputes.
All content on our website and systems—including logos, images, workflows, and documentation—is the property of ClearCite or its partners. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
ClearCite is not liable for:
Any inaccuracies in citation data provided by third-party sources (e.g., municipalities)
Delays or errors caused by system outages or technical issues
Legal consequences arising from unresolved citations or failure to respond by the deadline
In no event will ClearCite be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the issuing municipality resides. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
